Do you offer public courses?
At the moment, we do not have any courses open to the public. If your friends and you would like to study as a group, please contact us to take a free placement test. We will recommend a suitable solution based on your results.
What towns do you teach in?
Our teachers typically work in Prague, Czech Republic. If you live or work outside Prague, please contact us to get a tailor-made quotation including the teacher’s travelling fee.
Can I have lessons at your school?
Yes, our office and classrooms are located in Prague 12 – Modřany. However, if you do not want to travel to our school, it goes without saying that you can have lessons at a place of your convenience: in your office, home or online.
Can I have lessons online?
Of course, standard tools we use for online teaching are Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp, Google Meet, FaceTime and many others.
Can I have a demo lesson first?
Yes. You want to make sure you choose the right school and that you feel good about your teacher. That’s why the first lesson for all our clients with long-term courses of 20+ lessons is always free. You confirm your order only after the first lesson.
Can I cancel a lesson?
You can cancel and reschedule your lesson for free if you do so at least 24 hours before the beginning of the lesson. With Monday classes, we ask you to cancel no later than at 2 p.m. on Friday.
Is VAT included in the price?
No, as we are not a VAT registered company.
What are the payment conditions?
You can pay for your lessons by bank transfer or with PayPal. We can issue invoices in CZK, EUR or USD.
We invoice our clients monthly for the past month. As an attachment, you will also receive a copy of an attendance sheet that all students sign on every lesson. That makes checking the correct invoice amount as well as the attendance of students in in-company classes very easy.
What are the contract conditions?
It is entirely up to you whether you want to sign a contract for a definite or indefinite period. The contract does not bind you to consume a specific number of lessons and can be terminated at any time without cause. That means you are not limited by the contract e.g. if you leave the city for the summer. If you need to change some of the conditions of the contract, we are ready to adapt.
We will be happy to answer any other questions you may have at firstname.lastname@example.org.
